ABOUT THE Social Media Account Executive POSITION
Based in our Los Angeles office, the Social Media Account Executive position services multiple client social media accounts and works closely with the Los Angeles-based social media team, while reporting to both the Vice President and Executive Director of Wagstaff Digital. The position works with all levels of organic and paid social media in the hospitality and travel sectors, and performs as a resource to clients and staff as well as an innovative digital marketing strategist. Social Media Account Executives work with a broad network of relevant contacts, while embracing an effective, positive management style.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Relevant experience in all levels of organic and paid social media, and an established network of industry contacts is preferred; experience in or a passion for the hospitality and travel industries is a must. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of social media experience and excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal, as well as complete confidence in managing client communications, both written and verbal. Superior candidates possess the ability to manage 3-5 cross-platform social client accounts as well as concept, execute, and report on various relevant influencer and brand partnerships/activations.
